In more than 20 years of professional experience in high-end retail market, we have actively contributed to design the Quadrilatero as the luxury shopping district of Milan, collaborating with the most prestigious fashion&luxury griffes on the opening of their first single-brand boutique: Alberta Ferretti, Annabella, Baldinini, Giorgio Armani e Hogan in via Montenapoleone; Brunello Cucinelli, Dolce & Gabbana, Fay, Pasquale Bruni e Ruco Line in via della Spiga; Stuart Weitzman e Casadei in via Sant’Andrea; Stella McCartney in via Santo Spirito; Giorgio Armani e Patrizia Pepe in via Manzoni.

The trust in our reliability and confidence, deep understanding of the referential markets and proven ability in advising and ensuring solutions on the strategic placement of the brand has been renewed by the goals reached by 18 Montenapoleone Retail Consultancy & Brokerage, a company leader in high-end retail development. 18 Montenapoleone was founded in 2010 by Antonella Mastrototaro, Maristella Brambilla and Laura Malgrati and now internationally well-known..

Antonella Mastrototaro

In 1977 she founded FIM a company leader in the development of the fashion area “Quadrilatero” in Milan.
Since then she has been working in real estate brokerage and she is considered among the most reliable professionals in the field.
In 2010 she founded 18 Montenapoleone Retail Consultancy & Brokerage.

Maristella Brambilla

In 1999 she joined the FIM team and in 2010 became one of the founding members of 18 Montenapoleone Retail Consultancy & Brokerage. Her expertise is the evaluation of the potential development of luxury companies and she has established a network of relationships with leading real estate groups for the appraisal of their prestige and the economic value of their assets.

Laura Malgrati

Since 1998 she works alongside Antonella Mastrototaro as personal assistant and in 2010 she cofounded 18 Montenapoleone Retail Consultancy & Brokerage.
She collaborates with the most prestigious Italian and international brands in their search for the perfect high-end location. She is an expert in renegotiating contracts between real estate properties and luxury operators.
